A relaxing way to experience the beauty of Ireland along the Shannon River. The crew was professional, highly experienced, organised and fun! Meals onboard were delicious and plenty of pubs, nature walks, locks, historic sites and small towns to explore on shore. The boat had a great layout with space for everyone. I hope I have the opportunity to travel with Mahalo Sailing Adventures again.

In 2026, I embarked on an unforgettable Eco Whale Tour in Baja California that perfectly blended adventure, education, and connection. One of the most magical highlights was the rare opportunity to gently interact with the whales—an experience that felt both humbling and exhilarating. Each evening at the whale camp brought its own charm, as knowledgeable naturalists shared fascinating insights and captivating stories about whales and the surrounding wildlife. These moments added depth and meaning to every encounter on the water. Our guide, Katie, truly elevated the journey. Warm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the trip felt seamless and special. Her passion for the environment and genuine care for the group made the experience all the more memorable. Equally rewarding was the camaraderie among fellow travelers. Swapping stories of past adventures, sharing laughter, and bonding over our shared love of the sea created a sense of community that lingered long after the trip ended. What an experience! Our hotels (Oasis and La Huerta) were clean and comfortable. The whale camp accommodations were so much nicer that I imaged, loved the compost toilets and the bucket showers! Kudos to the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and super knowledgeable. We hit whales each time we went out and loved the shows those whales gave us! And what do I say about Katie? She is a fantastic hostess with a wealth of local knowledge which is only matched by her kindness. I cannot wait to get another group together to go again.

Everything on this trip was fantastic. The restaurants and hotels, along with the whale camp, were outstanding. Katie was a fun group leader who was able to share a lot of information about the whales, the missions, and the plants along our journey in Mexico. I highly recommend this trip!
